After playing a few games of Call of Duty Black Ops 6 my game will suddenly crash, and I will get the "Error Code: 0xC0000005 (0) N". I have allowed Xbox app to Verify the game millions of times but that doesn't do nothing. i've even went back to windows 10 to see if that would fix the problem but that doesn't do anything at all. nothing fixes the error. i cant even play one game of call of duty without it crashing 7 times. and this is only a game problem not a windows problem but I don't know how to fix it.

    Hi ,

If it is a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?

    Thanks

    Hi ,

You'll need to do the following: first update the BIOS to the latest version to get Intel's microcode fix to prevent processor degradation.

The problem may be that the processor has degraded.

Test by downloading the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and lowering the core ration from 55 to 52 and see if it works. If so, it only confirms that you'll need to RMA your processor.

In this case you need to suspend bitlocker to do bios update. Here's how to suspend BitLocker protection:

    Open the Control Panel.

Select System and Security > BitLocker Drive Encryption > Suspend Protection.

    Select Yes.

Install the drivers above the test in COD if the problem still occurs, test Intel XTU.

Open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

Then perform a clean boot and if you want to uninstall applications that you do not use.
