Hi, I'm in a Database server lockout. I have high CPU utilization & I'm not able to connect to it, restart it, or scale up. It needs a hard restart.

    Hello Johny Rulan

Following up on the discussion, the Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server in the Azure portal is unable to start or scale, with error message., Restart and stop operations are only supported on servers that are in 'Ready' state. Server 'xxx' is in 'Ready' state.

As mentioned, we attempted to mitigate the issue by getting back the server online. The cause of this issue is because of the VMagent is unresponsive.

I hope this has been helpful!
