Could you show us an example of what you see in Word, for example?
Office Family 2024 is installed but I'm still being asked to buy a plan

Hello,
I have bought a Microsoft Office Family 2024 code, redeemed it and installed it on my computer. It tells me that the installation has been successful, but when I try to open a Word or a powerpoint document, it shows me ads and invites me to sign up for a different plan to stop seeing the ads.
Grateful for your help with this,

2025-08-10T19:10:49.8533333+00:00 Your screen shot looks like the Microsoft 365 app which is basically the same as the web interface. If you have successfully installed Office, you should be able to start the individual programs from the Windows Start menu. Click the Windows logo button on your keyboard and type in Word. Do you see the Word app in the list of search results? Try clicking it.
