Pretty much just the title.
My old Laptop used Windows 10, and my new one uses Windows 11 in case thats relevant.
(I am not finding a fitting Tag, hope thats not a problem)
If you purchased the software form the Store, ensure you are logged into the new device with the exact same Microsoft previously used on the old device then open the Store, and click the Library and Downloads buttons at the bottom left, do you see your previous purchases listed in either of those locations.
