I am planning to buy a new desktop, I have a digital license linked to my microsoft account, can i activate my new desktop windows 11 pro by installing and logging in with my microsoft account?
It depends on the source of that licence that is linked to your account, did you purchase a full retail Windows 10/11 licence separately to a PC directly from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer, or is that a digital licence based on a previous Windows 7 or 8 licence?
