I understand you accidentally deleted your emails from your Focused Inbox and now want to bulk‑restore them to Inbox. The Focused/Other view doesn’t store messages in a separate folder, if you deleted them, they should be in Deleted Items unless they’ve been permanently removed.
Please try the steps below:
1. Sign in to your mail account
2. Go to your Deleted Items folder. On the left side of the Outlook page, click on the Deleted Items folder. This is where your deleted emails are moved.
3. Do a bulk recovery. To select multiple emails at once, you have a few options:
- To select all: Click the checkbox at the very top of the message list, just above the first email. This will select all emails on the current page.
- To select a range: Click the checkbox for the first email you want, then hold the Shift key on your keyboard and click the last email.
- To select specific emails: Click the checkbox for each email you want to recover.
4. Restore the selected emails. Once you have selected all the emails you want, click the Restore button at the top of the page or right-click the selection to Restore. This will move them back into your Inbox.
5. If they're not in Deleted Items: If you have already emptied your Deleted Items folder, don't worry. You might still be able to recover them for a limited time. While in the Deleted Items folder, click "Recover items recently removed from this folder” at the top. Click that link to see if your emails are there.
Once the emails are back in your Inbox, you can easily deselect or delete the ones you don't need.
