Need to complain to a live person in the Microsoft Store about an App holding my work for Ransom

The screen recorder plus App that I purchased through the Microsoft store informed me that I had reached the end of my trail period on 8/8 and requested that I had to purchase access to the app to continue using it. I purchased the Lifetime member for $17.48 order ‘Order # removed due to PII’ which you were paid through my PayPal account. The app continues to ask me for more money and refuses to save my recorded videos. WTF! Help me out here please. I feel as if my work is being held for ransom by this app. LOL
