I am the owner of Microsoft 365 (Multi Family); however, I sent the other user my Product Key and I told them to wait until I set it up on my computer. However, they didn't wait and started setting it up on there computer. Then stopped once they realized they should have waited for me. I need a token key or something to install Microsoft 365 on this computer. Then I can send them the link so they can install the program on their computer. I would like to be able to use the program that I paid for.

If that person used the product key to install Office in their PC, then the Office licence/subscription is now associated to their Microsoft account, there is no method provided to move a Microsoft licence form one Microsoft account to another.

The only option because this forum is just a user to user forum and no-one here has any account access will be to contact Microsoft Support directly, provide them with proof of purchase and the product key, and they will be able to move that licence for you.
