How do I cancel my subscription to Office 365?

I have not been using Microsoft Office 365 for several years but have been unable to cancel annual deductions from my MasterCard in December each year.

It was set up for me on line by my son-in-law in about 2015 and I have no further details

    If you don’t know the account details, start here: https://account.microsoft.com/services and try signing in with any email addresses you may have used. You can also use Microsoft’s account recovery tool: https://account.live.com/acsr.

    If you can’t access the account at all, contact Microsoft Support directly at https://support.microsoft.com/contactus with proof of purchase or bank statements showing the charges. They can help locate the subscription and guide you through cancellation. In the meantime, you may also contact your bank or card provider to stop future recurring payments.
