If you can’t access the account at all, contact Microsoft Support directly at https://support.microsoft.com/contactus with proof of purchase or bank statements showing the charges. They can help locate the subscription and guide you through cancellation. In the meantime, you may also contact your bank or card provider to stop future recurring payments.
