Thank you for reaching out and sharing the screenshots. I’ll be happy to assist you with this issue.
Here’s what you can do to fix this:
Step 1. You can use tools like Mp3tagCleaner (free) or MusicBrainz Picard from the Microsoft Store. This will let you edit or restore metadata for your music files. You can manually add the missing info or let the software look it up online.
Step 2. Sometimes, if the files are read-only or stored in a protected folder, changes won’t save. Right-click the file, choose Properties, and make sure "Read-only" is unchecked.
Step 3. Right-click the MP3 file, choose Properties > Details tab, and click Remove Properties and Personal Information at the bottom. Then select "Create a copy with all possible properties removed." Sometimes this clears corrupt metadata.
If the files got corrupted, the metadata might be damaged. Try playing the file to confirm the audio is intact.
If you also have a backup of the original files or metadata, restoring that will help. Otherwise, you’ll need to re-enter the data using a tag editor.
Let me know how it goes and if you still need further assistance.
