    Dear @Dr. Stacey LaBarre-Powell,

Thank you for posting your question on the Microsoft Q&A forum. If you’re unable to find Mail, Contacts, and Calendars in your iPhone settings, this is likely because you’re using iOS 14 or later, where these settings have moved.

Here’s how to set up your Microsoft account:

    1. Install Microsoft Outlook App: The easiest way to set up your email is to use the Microsoft Outlook app. You can download it from the App Store. Once installed, open it and choose to add your work email account.
    2. Follow Setup Instructions: Once you have the Outlook app open, enter your work email address and then follow the prompts to sign in with your Microsoft 365 credentials.
    3. Check for Updates: Make sure that your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS, as updates can resolve connectivity issues.
    4. Add Account via iPhone Settings:

These instructions will guide you through adding your Microsoft account to the native Mail app on your iPhone.

    • Go to Settings on your iPhone.
    • Scroll down and tap on Mail.
    • Tap on Accounts, then tap Add Account.
    • From the list, select Outlook.com for personal accounts (like @outlook.com, @hotmail.com) or Microsoft Exchange if it's a work or school account.
    • Enter your email address and password, and follow the on-screen prompts to finish

For further detailed instructions and troubleshooting, please refer to this official Microsoft support document: Set up the Outlook app for iOS - Microsoft Support

If you're still experiencing issues after trying these steps, here are a few follow-up questions that might help pinpoint the problem:

    1. Are you using the Outlook app or trying to connect via the native Mail app on your iPhone?
    2. Have you confirmed that your Microsoft account credentials are correct?
    3. Are you receiving any error messages? If so, what do they say?
    4. Are there any specific settings your organization requires for email configuration that you might not have set up yet?
    5. Have you tried connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or using cellular data?

Hope this helps you get connected! Let me know if you have any other questions!
