My pc is starting to flick grey one and off and I was trying to clean install windows 10 but I don’t have to option to reset it so I went to check if the partition was there and it wasn’t.

It got a little confusing, did you try to install Windows using the USB method? When you got to the partition selection screen, there weren't any?
If it is a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?

I tried to use the usb and I went looking for why it didn’t work and I saw I was missing my partition and I’mon desktop and im on windows 11. Selecting f1 just brings me back to the same screen

It's wrong, but Windows is on disk 0, not 1. I believe that 1 should be your USB flash drive driver. Did you create the media creation tools?
