Oh and it was Quick assist that let them add the rejoin chat link that crashes the comp and let them change some stuff before restarting
Microsoft support completely crashed my computer, after they restarted comp - their link to rejoin chat turns off laptop screen after warping
I reset computer back to blank factory with help from Razer (blade 17) and it went to Windows 10-bypassnro for local account only, then updating to w11 it completely changed my UI and set timezone to pacific instead of central and installed so many microsoft programs on the laptop that cant be uninstalled and automatically start on startup even when turned off. I end process trees on edge that magically pop back up, and dont have the authorization to close various other microsoft programs running in background like bing (never installed) and various edges that end process tree on and they disappear with 2 more of the same name popping up - before any process tree ending though - theres literally 5 full screen screenshots of processes running on the computer that are inserted below and a video of what happens when I try to open the rejoin link made by the microsoft support person named 'jim' who left a voicemail without ringing cell phone at all (along with a female voice) saying rejoin the chat basically, but when I click the link, everything screws up so bad it turns screen off after it warps so weirdly. Can't add the video but here is a link to it on a google drive https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bMtIi58fAyEpNZt5-_kdGsADRkrQXtU0/view?usp=sharing ... Could really use some help because 3 days now and nothing from microsoft support who literally made my computer crash (or at least the screen while the keyboard and sound let me know the computer is still on and probably running a ton of microsoft spyware stuff in background)

2025-08-10T16:36:04.7466667+00:00 Dear Kyle Cox,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A.
This is an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable situation, and your feeling that you've lost control of your computer is completely justified.
The screenshots you've sent show a very busy Task Manager, but much of it is standard for a modern Windows 11 system.
- Many
svchost.exe
processes: This is normal. Windows groups various system services into these "Service Host" processes for stability and security. - Many
msedge.exe
/chrome.exe
processes: Modern browsers like Edge and Chrome use a multi-process architecture. The main browser, every single tab, and every extension runs in its own process. This prevents one faulty tab from crashing the entire browser. When you "End task" on one, the main browser process often restarts it immediately to maintain stability. - Many
RuntimeBroker.exe
,msedgewebview2.exe
, and Background Tasks: These are components that Windows and other apps use to run UWP (Store) apps, show web content inside an app (like Widgets), and manage background notifications.
While the list is long, the number of processes itself isn't the primary sign of a problem. The real problem is the system instability (the crashing link), the unwanted software, and the fact that your system was configured incorrectly (timezone, UI changes) without your consent after an update.
In this case, I suggest you could Reinstall Windows with the installation media - Microsoft Support

2025-08-10T17:30:47.5033333+00:00 NO IT IS MICROSOFT UI HACKING COMPUTER. IT HAPPENS WHEN I UPGRADE FROM 10-11 AFTER FACTORY REBOOT AND IT INSTALLING MULTIPLE BLOCKED PROGRAMS ON THE COMPUTER. IT LITERALLY SAYS WITHOUT TEAMS ON MY ACCOUNT BUT IT FORCE INSTALLS IT AND MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO DELETE OR UNINSTALL.
THE 500 MSEDGE RUNNING IN BACKGROUND WHEN IT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO START AT ALL. LITERALLY TURNED OFF. BUT SOMEHOW IT INSTALLS AND RUNS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION IN BACKGROUND MAKING CHANGES TO MY DEVICE I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. IT IS LITERALLY DATA THEFT AS WELL
