I had the same thing in Edge today but once I cleared Cookies from browser settings it logged in fine. Hope this helps!

When navigating to our Microsoft Outlook inbox in Chrome, the page is stuck on loading. I have tried to use another brower and download the app instead, but to get past the verification stage, I need to log into the email account I'm unable to get to.
Please advise.
