Explorer.exe won't launch from desktop icon or command line on my current user account. Taskbar works fine. Two other accounts on same PC work normally.
How do I fix Explorer not launching on just this one user account? Is this profile corruption?

i dont remember if any special event, it ust randmoly happned in this one windows account

no, so basically on clicking the file explorer ion, i just sometimes got a loading cursor, nothing else
