Not able to create new azure account , getting an error as "Your bank couldn't authorise this payment method" while creating an account on Azure portal.

-While creating a Microsoft Azure Cloud Portal account getting an error while submitting Debit card details as "Your bank couldn't authorise this payment method, But i have already confirmed with bank there is International transaction is also enable on same bank account and there is not issue from bank side.
still I am facing same issue from couple of days,Hence not able to create and login into Azure Portal.

When you choose a card, Azure displays the card options that are valid in the country/region that you select. Credit cards and debit cards are accepted by most countries or regions.
- India supports debit and credit cards through Visa and Mastercard.
- Prepaid and virtual cards are not accepted as payment for Azure subscriptions.
- Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Brazil only support credit cards.
Can you please confirm whether you are using Visa/Mastercard?
