Hi,

Our company website (www.studio.rodeo) is being blocked on edge and classed as unsafe. Our website is a simple landing page for our design studio, there is nothing harmful on there. I have tried to submit reports that the site is safe but heard nothing for weeks. Other than emails saying it will be solved in 24h (Nothing changes)

This is seriously impacting our business and clients, could this please be looked at.

Thanks

I had the same issue with my website [www.rizzlovers.com]. Edge's SmartScreen filter was giving false positives. Here's what worked for me:

    1. Submit another report at microsoft.com/wdsi/support/report-unsafe-site - be very specific about why it's safe
    2. Contact Microsoft support directly through their business channels, not just the automated forms
    3. Ask your clients to click "More info" then "Go to site anyway" as a temporary workaround
    4. Check if your hosting provider or any third-party scripts might be triggering the block

The automated 24-hour responses are usually wrong. You need to escalate this through proper support channels. It took me 3 weeks but eventually got resolved.
