I understand you are having problems with your camera.
May I please know when was the last time it worked fine?
Please try to perform a hard reset.
To hard reset a laptop, shut it down and unplug the charger. If the battery is removable, take it out. If not, leave it as it is. Then press and hold the power button for 15–30 seconds to drain any leftover power. Reconnect the battery and charger, then turn the laptop back on.
If that didn't work, please try to update the camera driver by going to the manufacturer's support website. Download, install, and then restart the laptop.
