Dear @Viani Stephanie,
Welcome to the Q&A Community.
Thank you for sharing your concerns. Based on your description, I’d like to offer a few insights that may help clarify the issue.
First, please ensure you have the appropriate permissions to access attendance reports, as only organizers and co-organizers can view them. If the meeting chat was deleted or the organizer has left the organization, the report may no longer be available.
For reference, please check this link: Manage meeting attendance reports in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support
Additionally, channel and instant meetings may offer limited reporting, and reports are typically available shortly after the meeting ends but are not stored indefinitely.
If you're experiencing issues with viewing or downloading reports, I recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies or switching to a supported browser like Microsoft Edge. Regarding CSV downloads, please note that they may only reflect overall attendance for the meeting series, not individual instances.
Bulk downloads are not supported, so reports must be accessed one by one. If your organization needs to retain attendance data longer, I suggest manually downloading reports from the Attendance tab before they expire.
If you’re unable to locate a report, you can ask your organization’s IT administrator to check the Microsoft Purview Audit Logs, which may contain the attendance data. For more details, please refer to: Search the audit log for events in Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn
Lastly, to avoid interface issues, it’s recommended to reopen the meeting chat directly from the Chat or Calendar tab instead of using the back button.
