Hello. I'm using a Lenovo Yoga laptop. I have two accounts on it. My primary account is the most important one, but I can't use it. A few days ago, I changed my PIN code. Since then, I haven't been able to log in to my primary account again. Neither my PIN nor my Microsoft password don't work. I changed my password on another device, but I still can't log in to my primary account. Interestingly, I can use my primary account on my secondary account. The changed password doesn't cause any problems. However, when I try to log in to my primary account with my password after turning on my laptop, I get an incorrect password message. Please, somebody, help me!

Your password is correct and synced, so try on-screen keyboard and alternative sign-in methods. Reset your PIN using your secondary account. Try Safe Mode or disconnect internet to avoid validation issues. Use recovery or contact Microsoft Support if needed using the second account.
