Extended Display Monitors won't adjust Display Resolution after Auto-Update

Hello, I have a surface pro 11 connected to a docking station with 2 monitors. I was hit with an auto update last night and this morning my monitors Aspect Ratio is off and won't allow me to change their Display Resolution under Display Settings. I tried updating my Graphics card below but it was up to date. It seems when this happened to others they were able to adjust in their graphics card control panel under NVIDIA for example but I don't seem to have this option.

Would greatly appreciate any help with this very frustrating situation.

    Hi First_Last123,

Welcome to Microsoft Community, We apologize you are getting this problem on your Surface pro. Possible cause of this problem is Docking firmware might, Graphic Driver and Windows update did not sync properly. Since it got auto update last night lets try again if it did update successfully.

    Please follow this steps:

    (RESET DOCKING STATION)

Disconnect Surface Pro from the Docking station.

Disconnect all the cables from the Docking station

    Lan, USB, Power, Etc.

After 15 seconds reconnect the Surface Pro to your Docking station

    reconnect all the cables

Check Display Resolution under Display Settings is now available.

If still did not help follow next step

UPDATE SURFACE PRO GRAPHICS DRIVER using SURFACE DIAGNOSTIC TOOLKIT (CHECK DIAGNOSTIC)

If you don't have SURFACE DIAGNOSTIC TOOL KIT yet

please download this in Microsoft Website.

    Open any browser

    Go to "https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nf1mr6c60zf?hl=en-us&gl=US"

Download and install the "Surface Diagnostic Toolkit"

Once install launch Surface Diagnostic Toolkit app

Run full scan (It will automatically start scanning your Surface pro for Hardware and Software driver issue.

Once update is completed restart your Surface 7 Pro Plus

Check Display Resolution under Display Settings is now available.
