Scom acs installation in 2016 version

ACS installation issue. Scom 2016 ur 10 .installing acs for first time but odbc in dsn show connection with old odbc. Is their a way to make it read new drivers . environment has 1.2 tls version will scom 2016 acs role installation supported with tls 1.2?
