MCT Azure subscription wrongly associated with my work e-mail account instead of personal one

I currently hold a MCT title and one of the benefits is a Azure Subscription.

When it was renewed earlier this year, it was wrongly redirected to my work e-mail account, instead of my personal e-mail account, which I've been using for years already.

And I've been trying to have it fixed for months already, always being redirected to a different support team.

I just need it to have the MCT Subscription associated to my personal e-mail, as it was previously.

How could I achieve that?
