Sorry for the delay in reply. I've been offline.

This minidump mentions the same driver as the previous one.

Device uninstallation doesn't always remove the underlying driver. If the driver is corrupted, the issue persists until the driver is explicitly repaired or replaced.

    Try the following:

    1. Restart your PC in Safe Mode. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-startup-settings-1af6ec8c-4d4a-4b23-adb7-e76eef0b847f
    2. Navigate to *C:\Windows\System32\drivers* and locate xinputhid.sys.
    3. Try deleting the file.
    4. Restart your PC normally. Windows should reinstall the driver automatically.

Note: This may prevent XInput controls from working until the driver is reinstalled correctly.

If the BSOD occurs again, please share the minidump it created.

Feel free to ask back any questions.

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

Please see if your computer created minidump files.

    These files are in "C:\Windows\Minidump".

(If you don't have a "Minidump" folder, check if it is in the plural "Minidumps".)

Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then, upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

Post the link to the ZIP file here so I can have a look.

    I await your reply.

    Thanks for the screenshot.

I think the "Bluetooth LE XINPUT compatible input" and "XINPUT compatible HID" devices should be using this driver.

    Let's confirm this.

Please do the following on each device:

    1. Right-click on the device and select "Properties";
    2. Select the "Driver" tab and click on "Driver details".

Share a screenshot of the driver details window.

    I await your reply.

    Thanks for the screenshots.

This confirms that both devices are using the same driver. Try uninstalling both devices, then restart your PC to see if the issue stops occurring.

    To uninstall a device:

    1. Right-click on the device in Device Manager.
    2. Select “Uninstall device”.
    3. Confirm the action when prompted.

If the BSOD occurs again, please share the minidump it created.

Feel free to ask back any questions.
