Getting this error while saving the workflow,
Already checked the connections, app settings, networking etc, tried diagnose and solve problem but it didn't worked
In diagnostic report it says This operation is not supported for a relative URI. but we do not have relative URI in any of the workflows.

The issue is resolved now, salesforce connection runtime url was incorrect in appsettings.
Although it is not giving the specific error message, so it's hard to debug the issue, it took lots of effort to debug the actual issue.
