    Hi Manoj Dighole

Could you please follow the below steps:

    1. Ensure that Windows 11 images are available in your Azure region.
    2. Before proceeding, ensure that you back up any important data from the existing Windows 10 VM.
    3. Go to Azure portal -> Virtual machines -> create a new VM -> Select the appropriate subscription, resource group, and region and choose the Windows 11 image from the list of available images also configure the VM size, networking, and other settings as per your requirements. FYI: Choose a VM size that supports Gen2 and Trusted Launch and set Security Type to Standard.
    4. Ensure that the new VM is connected to the same virtual network (VNet) as the old VM.
    5. Review the configuration and click Create to provision the new Windows 11 VM.
    6. Once the new VM is created, connect to it using RDP.
    7. Transfer the backed-up data from the old VM to the new Windows 11 VM. You can use Azure File Share, Azure Blob Storage, or direct file transfer methods.

Once you are satisfied with the new VM and have confirmed that all data and applications have been successfully migrated, you can decommission the old Windows 10 VM. In the Azure portal, navigate to the old VM and click on Delete to remove it.

Ensure that any associated resources like public IPs, disks, etc. are also cleaned up if they are no longer needed.
