Pinned tabs like Outlook Web don’t refresh in real time unless they’re actively in use. Most browsers pause background activity to save resources, so new emails might not show up until you click the tab or refresh it. For instant updates, it’s better to use the desktop Outlook app or enable email notifications in your browser if available. You can also try keeping the tab active in a separate window to reduce browser throttling.
