I have an issue and it is: Microsoft 365 something went wrong. Online repairs need the internet and it looks like you may not be connected. You can try a quick repair while offline, or try an online repair again once you're connected. I am connected to the internet. I can go online but when trying to install a language pack from one Microsoft 365 app or do an online repair, it failed. I uninstalled it and reinstall it with no issues. Any fixes? Is this a server issue with Microsoft and wait for Microsoft to fix the issue?

I figured out the problem. I uninstalled MS 365 with the troubleshooter and reinstalled it without restarting Windows. This time, I did the same thing and uninstalled MS 365. I restarted Windows and tried reparing MS 365 online and it worked. Have to restart Windows after uninstalling it.

    Hello Paul Chou,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

This error usually means Office cannot confirm its connection during an online repair, even if your internet is working. It is often caused by local settings rather than a Microsoft server issue. Here are some steps that typically resolve it:

    1. Check your network setup

Temporarily turn off any VPN, proxy, or firewall and try the online repair again.

    2. Enable TLS 1.2

Open Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced. Scroll down and make sure “Use TLS 1.2” is selected.

    3.Allow connected experiences in Office

Open any Office app, go to File > Account > Manage Settings, and enable optional connected experiences.

    4. Run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA)

Download it here: https://aka.ms/SaRASetup. It can detect and fix common repair issues.

    5. Try Quick Repair first

If Quick Repair works, retry Online Repair after making the changes above.

---If none of these steps work, it could be a temporary Microsoft service issue. Waiting a few hours and trying again often resolves it.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Best regards,

    Thomas

After running the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA), it takes me to get help. Tried other methods you provided but to no avail. I can try tomorrow and see. Don't know what else I can do.
