PC is connected to Wifi but it's unable to load any website, no internet

We looked up some solutions and tried restarting router/PC, method 1 and 2 from here

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/3299438/(fixed)-windows-10-wifi-connected-but-no-internet?forum=windows-all&referrer=answers

Method 3 was impossible since we cannot download anything because PC doesn't have Wifi

Pretty much stuck since we cannot install a ethernet controller since it says (no compatible drivers for this device). PC doesn't have Wifi so we can't update the Driver (which it says we should do) but can't)

Anything we can do?

Also tried to connect the computer to two phones, it said it was connected but still nothing would load.

    Hi, good day!

When was the last time it worked properly? Is this your PC's built-in Wi-Fi or external?

Please try connecting on another network such as your phone's mobile hotspot and see if the issue persists.

If this does not work, what is the exact make and model of your PC?

Press Start then search System Information. Please take a screenshot of the resulting window and post it in your next response. Note: Don't include any personal information as Microsoft Q&A is a public forum.

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed.
