Hello,
I just deployed GPT-5 to Azure AI Foundry. I wanted to test the model in the Playground and i entered a simple hello prompt, it says Thinking but never returns then eventually times out after a few minutes.
Error
: Completions call failed. Please try again.
Anyone got this to work yet in Azure AI Foundry ? Model is deployed to EAST US 2

How can gpt-5 (the full version) be tested? -

Multiple users have reported similar issues with GPT-5 deployments, and I’m also unable to deploy GPT-5. Until then, GPT-5 Chat is the closest alternative.Let me know if you have further questions.

OpenAI client hangs for 10 minutes before timeout error, consistently (and I have tried this dozens of times). o3 (high) handles the same request in 3 minutes or less without any problem.
