I'm locked out of m Azure tenant due to a conflict between my personal Microsoft account and the Azure work account using the same email address. The system defaults to my personal account and I can't access the Azure envirornment or reset MFA. I am the only global administrator, and I need support to reset MFA and unlink the personal account so I can regain access.

Hi, this happens when your "personal" MSA and work account share the same email address. Try this: open an InPrivate window, go to portal.azure.com/<your-tenant> or login.microsoftonline.com/<tenantID> to force the tenant and choose Work/School; if it still clashes, try logging in with the UPN user@<tenant>.onmicrosoft.com. If it blocks MFA and you had SSPR enabled, use aka.ms/sspr; if you're the only Global Admin and SSPR isn't available, open a tenant/account recovery ticket (even from another account or a new tenant): you'll prove domain ownership with a TXT record, and Microsoft will reset MFA/let you back in. If you have a PC already logged into your work account, use that session to access Sign In and reset your MFA methods. Once back: Rename your personal MSA by moving the primary alias to an @outlook.com and remove your work email, create a cloud-only break-glass admin (excluded from CA), register at least two MFA methods, and save your recovery codes.
