Azure Restore a backup using TSQL only

My microsoft outlook account is locked because they no longer support VOIP numbers which is what I have for multi-factor auth. I can still login into my SQL server using IP address. In short, no access to azure portal but can access sql server. I need a way to restore 1 table from a azure backup. Since I do not have access to azure portal, is there a way to get that done via tsql only?

Since you don’t have access to the Azure Portal and your account is locked due to VOIP MFA, but you can still connect to the SQL Server.

Unfortunately, Azure SQL Database backups (automated or long-term retention) are not directly accessible via T-SQL. Microsoft manages these backups internally, and restoring from them typically requires:

Access to the Azure Portal
