To assist you effectively, could you please provide me the below details?

Does the timeout occur for all USERID values or only specific ones?

Can you confirm that the OIDC settings (issuer URL, client ID, redirect URI, scopes) match the configuration in your identity provider (e.g., Azure AD)?

From the environment where the function runs, are you able to reach the OIDC discovery and token endpoints (e.g., using curl or browser). Is there any proxy, firewall, or VPN in the path?

What is the current connection timeout configured for OIDC calls?

Could you share any relevant application or identity provider logs for a failed request? Do you notice any other HTTP status codes apart from the 400 error?
