Regarding to your description, I would recommend trying the following steps
- Check if your headphones are connected to multiple devices simultaneously, as some Bluetooth headsets have limitations on maintaining several active connections at once.
- Reset the headset regarding to the manufacturer's manual
- Clear teams cache
- Go to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Teams.
- Tap Storage > Clear Cache.
- Restart Teams and check if the issue is resolved.
- Check system update
- Disable Battery Optimization for Teams
- Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Optimization.
- Find Microsoft Teams in the list.
- Set it to Not Optimized.
