Please try the following to fix this issue:
>>Use an older driver or uninstalling then reinstalling the driver:
- Press the Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
- Expand Sound, Video, and Game Controllers.
- Right-click on your audio driver(Realtek HD Audio, AMD High Definition Audio, etc.)and choose Update driver.
- Choose "Browse my computer for driver software"
- Click "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer."
- Select an older driver from the list and click 'Next.'
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
- if the problem continues, repeat 1-3 and hit uninstall device instead.
- Restart your computer(not shutdown) then check if the issue is resolved.
