Guest user is enabled to access the reports.

The report is housed in a workspace with Premium capacity. All the necessary steps are taken care to add cross-tenant access into the distribution group however the report does not reflect in their shared with me folder. Additionally, User does not have Power BI Free License.

Please help to find the solution to get cross tenants access fixed.
