Hi I tried to export my mailbox but I didn't receive a link to download it, it worked in may.
This is the third time I haven't received a link to download it. Export in progress but when it done I never received a link to download my file and I checked in my junk email too but nothing.

Based on your screenshot, the export process is currently in progress. The process can take up to four days to complete, and the download link is sent to you via email once it is ready. Since you have not received a link from your previous attempts, we need to focus on what might be happening after the export is finished.

If after the current export completes, you still do not receive the download link, you can try an alternative solution:
