Thanks for reaching out. I get how important it is to keep access to your accounts, especially when dealing with authenticator apps.

To move your authentication accounts from the older version of Microsoft Authenticator to Google Authenticator, you will need to manually re-add each one. This helps make sure you stay in control and don’t lose access.

    1. Open the account where you use two-step verification.

    2. Go to the security or login settings.

    3. Choose the option to change or set up an authenticator app.
    4. When a QR code appears, use Google Authenticator to scan it.
    5. Enter the code from Google Authenticator to confirm it works.
    6. Repeat these steps for each account you use with Microsoft Authenticator.

Please don’t remove your Microsoft Authenticator until you’ve confirmed all accounts are working with Google Authenticator.

Let me know if you need help walking through this for a specific account. I’ll be here to assist you.
