“50% Discount Not Showing for AI-900 Exam After Completing Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals Training”

I completed the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: AI Fundamentals and am eligible for the 50% discount on the AI-900 certification exam. I registered for the event using my college email, which I have also linked to my Microsoft Learn account.

However, when scheduling the exam, the discount is not appearing at checkout.

I have waited over 5 business days since completing the training.

I have tried clearing browser cache and using incognito mode.

My college email is verified and linked in my Microsoft Learn profile.

Please advise how to resolve this issue or whom I should contact for assistance.
