I want to deleve my Microsoft 365 Apps for business subscription

If you're unable to cancel your Microsoft 365 Apps for business subscription through the usual portal or AKA links, it might be due to admin restrictions or billing ownership. Try logging into the Microsoft 365 admin center using the account that originally purchased the subscription. From there, go to Billing > Your products and see if the cancel option is available.

Yes you can, Microsoft support can help cancel it manually, but they’ll need to verify your identity and ownership of the subscription first. Since you can't log in, try contacting them directly through the virtual agent or phone support for billing they can escalate it to a real person who can assist with cancellations.
