If you're unable to cancel your Microsoft 365 Apps for business subscription through the usual portal or AKA links, it might be due to admin restrictions or billing ownership. Try logging into the Microsoft 365 admin center using the account that originally purchased the subscription. From there, go to Billing > Your products and see if the cancel option is available.
