I am currently utilizing the OCR feature of Azure Document Intelligence with the Prebuilt Invoice template model, and my pricing tier is set to S0 (Standard).

However, today I encountered the attached error while processing a document.

Could you please assist in identifying and resolving the issue?

    Hi Azure,
    You are stating that your pricing tier is set to S0 (Standard). However, the error message explicitly indicates that the F0 (Free) pricing tier is being used. Please check the Document Intelligence Studio to confirm which tier is currently active, as shown below.
