Lost access to Authenticator app

I have lost access to my Microsoft Authenticator app and can no longer sign into my Microsoft 365 Developer account: ******@2c4scl.onmicrosoft.com.

I am the only Global Administrator for this tenant and did not configure a backup phone number or recovery method.

I am completely locked out of the admin portal and need help resetting or disabling MFA to regain access. Please let me know the next steps or how to verify ownership.

    Hello Mayank Kumar,

    The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to re-register MFA.

    To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
