    If no administrator can access the tenant, the only viable path is via support.

    The Azure Data Protection Team can verify your ownership and temporarily exclude your account or create a new Global Admin to restore access.

    You can reach them by calling 866‑807‑5850 (US number)

    For urgent cases, ask for a "Sev A" (Severity A) case to speed up response time.

    If no Global admin can access on your tenant , you have to contact Microsoft support.

    I will tag @Raja Pothuraju and @Saritha Bandaru @Saritha Bandaru who should be able to contact Microsoft engineer to fox your issue.
