Hi Zain Elhariry,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
I'm sorry you're having trouble purchasing Minecraft, especially with errors involving purchasing limits even though you haven’t made any purchases before. I understand how urgent this is, and I’ll help you get through it. To follow up better with this issue, I'd like to ask if you were trying to buy Minecraft on the Microsoft Store? If that's right, then:
1 - Clear the cache of Microsoft Store
- Press Win + R > type
wsreset.exe
> Enter - A blank window will appear, wait for it to close and reopen the Store
2 - Check your Microsoft Account region and billing info
- Visit Microsoft Account | Home > Payment & billing > Address book
- Make sure your region and currency match your actual location
- Go to Purchase History to see if there are any failed or pending transactions.
- Ensure your payment method is valid and hasn't been blocked.
- Try using a different card, PayPal, or even a Minecraft gift card.
3 - Try purchasing from the official site of Minecraft
- Visit Minecraft > Sign in with your Microsoft account
- Try purchasing your Minecraft Edition there directly
If the issue persists, I strongly suggest you reach out to chat service for real time support. This is a public forum, and it is advised against sharing about your billing and payment!
- Visit Contact Us - Microsoft Support > Sign in
- Choose a category based on your problem.
- Type your problems in the search box.
- Now click on Get Help > Contact Support > Confirm
- Choose to chat with a support representative or request a call back.
Note: The support contact team only works at certain times, so if the last window shows that it's unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. This way, they can call you and help you.
Let me know if you'd like help checking your account settings or navigating the Minecraft website. Please understand that our initial reply may not immediately resolve the issue. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution!
