Lost MFA Device – Unable to Access Power BI Tenant
Hello,
Im the sole admin of Entra/Power BI tenant.
I've lost my MFA device (destroyed by water). I forgot to setup a cloud backup before.
I remember the password, I can almost login but I can't pass MFA step (despite I reset the password several times)
It requires to use Microsoft Authenticator. I installed it on my new device but it requires the approval from the authenticator anyway. The only two options I can see (regarding authorization) are 'Approve in the Authenticator' and 'Provide the code from the Authenticator' - what of course is impossible in that situation.
My case is very similar to the following case:
I suppose I need to reach the Data Protection team but Im not sure how to create a ticket.
Can you help me with that please?
