I'm unable to log into my Azure account because it says the tenant has been blocked due to in-activity. I cannot reach any form of useful support because an Azure support ticket requires me to be logged in, which is impossible. The global support number also has not helped, because it's a bot that keeps giving me the link to 365 support. I need an actual human to help me unblock my tenant so I can log in.

You can submit a request to reactivate it within 20 days after the deactivation. After this delay, the tenant will be permanently deleted.

Hi Thameur, I have tried that previously but there is no option there to re-activate. The link simply points to the global support number, which I've tried and did not help. Is there any way you can help me open an internal support ticket as I am unable to do that as well?

Thank you. @Raja Pothuraju @Saritha Bandaru I believe the tenant name is @JakartaHeat and the email used is the same email as my current account. Can you help me check if the tenant is de-activated and can be re-activated? Or if the tenant was deleted (I did not receive a de-activation email)?

Could you provide the exact error message? Based on your description, it seems you may have encountered the error code AADSTS5000225. Please confirm if this matches your experience.
If that matches, The error message you encountered indicates that your tenant has been inactive for over 200 days past the billing cycle, triggering Microsoft’s effort to remove inactive tenants. When a tenant remains inactive for this period, the OMS commerce system imposes a login block (AADSTS5000225). Twenty days after the login block is applied, the tenant is permanently deleted.

If you plan to unblock your inactive tenant, it’s essential that it has been blocked for less than 20 days. After the 20-day period, the tenant is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
If it has been less than 20 days since the block, please provide the following details for further assistance via private message:
Note: If it's a test tenant, please re-create a new tenant for testing purposes.
