May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made before you got this issue?
Kindly send the version or build of your Windows (Please press Windows key+R and type winver and hit enter)
Kindly check and follow the steps below:
- Please click Start menu and type CMD, right click on it and choose Run as Admin, please paste the command below and hit enter.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Please wait for it to finish and repair the system files.
Once done, please paste the command below and hit enter.
sfc /scannow
Please wait to finish.
Check if the issue persists.
- Right click on start menu and choose Task Manager Click Details Tab and end the task of explorer.exe Then click Run New Task and type explorer.exe and hit enter.
Please check if the issue persists.
- Let's reregister or Reset the Settings App Please click Start menu and type Powershell, right click on it and Run as Admin. Please copy and paste the command below and hit enter. Get-AppxPackage windows.immersivecontrolpanel | Reset-AppxPackage Please check if the issue persists.
