Hi! If you have recently added your account to a third party app to manage it, is possible that this app has created this folder and some rules in regards of managing spam emails, you should check that app settings to solve it.
If that’s not the case, please do this in Outlook from Edge:
- Sign in to Outlook.com
- Click the gear (Settings) in the upper-right corner.
- Search and enter mail settings.
- Go to the Rules section and check if there are rules you didn't create. If there are rules delete them immediately.
