A folder called 'Spambox' has been automatically created in my Outlook, and a lot of my 'non-spam' emails are going into this spambox folder and not Inbox. I have tried to fix it but having problems and looking for assistance.

Hi! If you have recently added your account to a third party app to manage it, is possible that this app has created this folder and some rules in regards of managing spam emails, you should check that app settings to solve it.

If that’s not the case, please do this in Outlook from Edge:

    1. Sign in to Outlook.com
    2. Click the gear (Settings) in the upper-right corner.
    3. Search and enter mail settings.
    4. Go to the Rules section and check if there are rules you didn't create. If there are rules delete them immediately.

Try to close all your open sessions:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/h...

After this, please review the next link to see if any app that you don’t know has access to your account and delete it:

    https://microsoft.com/consent

Then delete that folder, as if you don’t have any rule and no 3rd party app accessing your account you won’t have this trouble

Really not much, you can check your spam filter configuration in Outlook.com and see if there’s a strong filtering enabled, besides that if you already close your sesión everywhere, that should not happen unless you do have a rule or an app from a third party service managing your mail, in which case you need to stop using it or contact the developer support to change the settings on the spam filters.
