    Hi @Nguyễn Hiếu

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

The email from Microsoft isn't a demand for you to buy anything; it's a status notification. Specifically, your billing account and your Microsoft Entra ID tenant have been inactive for over 200 days.

Based on the information you provided:

    • This tenant was created using your account.
    • Currently, the tenant has only an admin, with no other users or active subscriptions.

If you don’t make a purchase before October 4, 2025, your current billing account will be deleted.

You can still use Microsoft services in the future, but you’ll need to create a new billing account and tenant.

So that you can safely ignore this email. This only affects the billing and tenant setup, not your personal Microsoft account or any of your data.

If you ever need to use Azure or Entra services in the future, you can simply create a new tenant and a new billing account. It's a straightforward process and there are no consequences for letting this inactive one be deleted.

If you still need this billing account (for business or subscription purposes), you can make any purchase before October 4 to keep it active.

Please let me know if you have any further questions after reviewing these answers.

    Looking forward to your response!

Hello Nguyễn. This is not your primary Microsoft account, Nguyễn but the billing account and the associated Microsoft Entra ID tenant shown in that image is about to be deleted if you do not make a purchase before October 4, 2025. This normally happens to Azure or Microsoft 365 trial accounts that are inactive for more than 200 days.

    Here's the important distinction:

The Microsoft account you own (and use for Outlook, OneDrive, etc.) is not related to this notice.

The billing account and Entra tenant that is being referred to (and not your personal account) are going to be deleted, if you don’t make a purchase.

If you don't need that tenant anymore, well, you can just ignore the message. But if you are using it to do testing or study for certification, then it is worth it to make a very small purchase to keep it active.
