We recently switched over to Billing/payment by invoice/ACH instead of credit card. Our AP team needs a copy of Microsoft's W-9 to establish payment.

If you are requesting for Microsoft’s W-9 tax information you need to create a support report (support requests for billing are free of charge) via Azure portal: How to create an Azure support request - Azure supportability | Microsoft Learn

(It appears that Microsoft does not make the W-9 publicly available for download and typically provides it through a private message or direct communication after a support request is initiated.)

Here is the link to raise a Microsoft support ticket Azure Billing Support they will assist you to resolve your query.
